Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to residents under supervision of a licensed OT, focusing on activities that promote independence and safety in daily living.
- Implement and update treatment plans, monitor and document patient responses, and adjust activities to maximize functional gains.
- Prepare treatment sessions, select and set up equipment, and ensure a clean, safe, and accessible therapy environment.
- Document progress notes, communicate resident status and changes to the supervising OT and care team, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and facility policies.
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members to support resident goals and coordinate care.
- Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality, follow infection control protocols, and promote safe patient handling during therapy activities.
- Note: Agencies must have NM caregivers account as part of onboarding and referral processes.

Requirements
- Eligibility to participate in a travel assignment within the United States
- Ability to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility environment and follow interdisciplinary care plans
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with the care team
- Willingness to complete onboarding and credentialing processes as required
- Agencies must have NM caregivers account (per Job Notes)
