Travel Radiology Tech CT Tech Job
CT Tech – CT imaging specialist needed for a travel assignment in Olympia, WA. Start ASAP for a 13-week engagement in a busy CT department serving ER and inpatient units with a Stroke Center. Shift is 3x12-hour day shifts with weekends required; locals within 50 miles are not eligible for travel contracts. Weekly pay ranges from $2,188 to $2,240 per week with no guaranteed hours. This position is in a hospital setting and emphasizes fast-paced, multiregional CT imaging and stroke-focused work.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT examinations across multiple regions: head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, lumbar, and cervical spine
- Conduct vascular CTA and stroke brain perfusion imaging; optimize protocol selection for diagnostic quality
- Prepare, administer, and monitor contrast media; manage potential reactions per protocol
- Provide interventional support as needed (biopsies, aspirations, drainages preferred)
- Support ED and inpatient imaging workflows; collaborate with ER and inpatient teams; ensure timely imaging for acute care
- Document findings and manage images in Epic; maintain patient safety and image quality standards
Requirements
- Washington state license (or pending WA license accepted)
- ARRT (Radiography) and ARRT CT certifications
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year CT experience; neonate/pediatric experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital CT department; ED and acute care imaging experience
- First-timers accepted; travel assignment with location-based restrictions (locally residing within 50 miles not eligible)
