Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and coordinated nursing care for an assigned patient group according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, and monitor outcomes.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses with safety as a priority.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across multiple levels.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines and communicate changes to the care team.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent discretion in patient care decisions.
Requirements
- Active RN license in California.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ER environment.
- Availability for evening, 12-hour shifts.
- Eligible for travel assignments on a 13-week contract.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
