Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week travel assignment in Lancaster, NH. Start date: 04/27/2026. Weekly pay: $1,902–$1,929 per week. Guaranteed hours: 35 per week. Shift: 08:00–16:30. Responsibilities
- Conduct resident evaluations to determine PT goals and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, gait, ROM, and activities of daily living.
- Monitor progress with regular reassessments, adjust plans as needed, and document outcomes clearly.
- Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and social work to support comprehensive care and discharge planning.
- Educate residents and families on home exercise programs, safety strategies, and progress expectations.
- Ensure documentation complies with regulatory standards and facility policies.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and adapt to an interdisciplinary team.
- Strong documentation, clinical reasoning, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work the posted shift and 35 guaranteed hours per week.
- Ability to travel to the assignment location for the duration of the contract.
- Demonstrated professionalism and reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment.
