Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
Licensed Practical Nurse needed for a travel assignment in long-term care. Location: Glover, Vermont, United States. Start date: 04/30/2026. Duration: Weeks. Shifts available: Day and evening. Setting: LTC — Nursing Home. This is a travel, temporary assignment with a guaranteed 40 hours per week and a weekly pay range of $1,894 to $1,962.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents per established plans of care
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with policy and scope of practice
- Monitor resident status, document findings, and communicate changes to the supervising clinician
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess needs and adjust care plans
- Maintain a safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols
- Educate residents and families on care plans and daily care activities; document progress
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Vermont (or eligible for rapid VT licensure)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at minimum
- 1 year of LPN experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Ability to work both day and evening shifts in a long-term care environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to document care accurately
