Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to critically ill patients in ICU/SDU, from adolescent to geriatric ages
- Manage a wide range of diagnoses including medical, surgical, cardiac and neurosurgical conditions
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, perform bedside procedures, and respond to clinical changes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team; supervise or coordinate care with CNAs, LPNs, and other staff as assigned
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and outcomes; ensure patient safety and fall/infection prevention
- Support care coordination, discharge planning, family education, and continuity of care across shifts
- Adhere to professional standards and department policies; participate in ongoing quality improvement and safety initiatives
- Maintain active status by picking up at least one shift every 60 days

Requirements
- Active Michigan RN license (LARA verification) required
- 2+ years ICU experience required
- ACLS and BLS certifications required; TNCC or TCAR preferred
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts and adapt to a high-acuity ICU/SDU environment
- Experience with adolescent to geriatric populations
- Resume demonstrating ICU experience; documentation of certifications; license verification on file
- Preferences include travel nursing experience and familiarity with AHSA onboarding processes
