Responsibilities

- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor for adverse effects, ensuring patient safety.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with physicians, ancillary staff, and other disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in daily patient care and when escalation is needed.
- Maintain infection control practices, patient safety, and quality of care standards throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a hospital setting
- Willingness to travel to assignment location and commit to 13-week duration
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
