Registered Nurse – ER (Emergency Department) in Saint Louis, Missouri, United States. Start date: 07/13/2026. Travel assignment for multiple weeks. Weekly pay: $1,910–$2,000 per week. Setting: acute care ED with a 38-bed unit, combining adult and pediatric populations and a separate psych area, averaging about 127 visits per day.

Responsibilities
- Perform initial emergency assessments, triage, and continuous monitoring of patients across neonate to geriatric populations
- Establish IV access, manage airway and ventilation, interpret dysrhythmias, and interpret ABGs
- Administer medications including IV vasopressors; assist with procedural sedation as needed
- Provide care for STEMI, stroke, trauma, and multisystem emergencies; collaborate with Respiratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, Social Services, and interpreters
- Document care in the Epic charting system; maintain patient safety and comfort; coordinate with the ED interdisciplinary team
- Assume appropriate charge responsibilities as assigned and support the unit’s 1:4 patient ratio

Requirements
- Licensure: MO license eligible for submission; IL license must be in hand at submittal; Pending licenses may be accepted for submission per compliance
- Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH/NIHSS, PALS
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of ER RN experience; travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
- Education: Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing; eligible to practice in the jurisdiction
- Skills: Proficient in emergency assessment/triage, IV starts, dysrhythmia interpretation, intubation and ventilator care, ABG interpretation, and ED procedural support; able to work in a fast-paced ED environment and float within the service line as needed
-Other: SARS-CoV-2 vaccination not required; ability to work night shifts and weekends as described; Epic charting experience; comfortable with 38-bed ED and mixed patient populations
