Step into a transformative role as a Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg Tele, and bring your compassionate care to Randolph, Vermont. Beginning March 30, 2026, you’ll join a dedicated team that values clinical excellence, patient-centered outcomes, and collaborative problem solving. This assignment offers you the chance to impact patients during pivotal moments in their recovery while enjoying the beauty and rhythms of a quintessential New England setting. Vermont’s rolling landscapes, quaint towns, and vibrant fall colors create a backdrop that inspires balance between demanding clinical work and enriching personal time. In your downtime you’ll discover that this state is home to serene trails, charming byways, and serene parks that invite exploration after shifts. And beyond Randolph, you can anticipate opportunities to work in various locations across the United States, expanding your professional footprint while maintaining the same high standards of care you bring to the bedside. This is more than a contract; it’s a platform to elevate your practice, broaden your experiences, and cultivate memories in communities you’ll be proud to serve.
Location benefits go beyond a single city. Randolph places you in a region known for its historic charm, accessible outdoor recreation, and strong community spirit. The Vermont environment supports a healthy work-life balance: crisp air that sharpens focus during night shifts, healthcare facilities geared toward patient safety and education, and a supportive network of colleagues who share a commitment to excellence. For those who relish variety, the opportunity to rotate to different facilities across the U.S. adds breadth to your clinical portfolio—telemetry alongside med-surg teams, diverse case mixes, and exposure to different EHR workflows. You’ll experience the advantages of Vermont’s slower pace with the confidence that robust resources and 24/7 company support are always at your side. And when you’re ready to explore more, there are structured pathways to extended assignments that align with your evolving professional goals.
In this role, you’ll provide high-quality patient care on the Med Surg Tele floor, combining essential med-surg fundamentals with telemetry oversight to monitor cardiac rhythms and evolving conditions. Your duties will include comprehensive assessments, IV therapy, wound care, pain management, and discharge planning that empowers patients and families. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, unit coordinators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely tests, accurate documentation, and clear care transitions. You’ll mentor less experienced staff, contribute to unit improvement initiatives, and pursue opportunities to advance into leadership or specialty certifications. The position is designed to support your growth within the Telemetry track, with access to ongoing education, skill refinement, and leadership exposure that recognizes your contributions. Competitive benefits are embedded in the package: a sign-on bonus or completion bonus where applicable, housing assistance to ease the transition, and options for contract extensions if you wish to continue making an impact in new settings. You’ll also enjoy robust 24/7 support from a dedicated travel nursing team, including onboarding, resource access, and continuous operational assistance to ensure your assignments run smoothly.
The company values your expertise and your voice. They are committed to empowering staff through clear career pathways, mentorship programs, and a culture that prioritizes safety, quality, and professional dignity. Expect transparent feedback, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to advance—whether you’re aiming for unit leadership, specialty certification, or cross-site collaboration. This organization understands that your growth fuels better patient outcomes, and they invest in you accordingly, with a framework that encourages inquiry, initiative, and long-term career satisfaction.
