Responsibilities

- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines, using critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making.
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes in condition, and document findings accurately.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to infection control, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians and other team members to adjust plan of care as needed.
Requirements
- Active RN license (per state regulations)
- Telemetry nursing experience or demonstrated competence in acute care settings
- Ability to perform 12-hour shifts and participate in travel assignment
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and ability to supervise nursing staff
- Willingness to comply with assignment-specific credentialing and onboarding requirements
