Adventist Health Lodi Memorial - Westways
Mid Level
Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg Tele on a dynamic travel assignment designed to elevate your clinical expertise while making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives. This position is tailored for compassionate, adaptable RNs ready to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced Med Surg Tele environment. Beginning on 03/30/2026 for several weeks, with weekly pay ranging from $1,610 to $1,684, you’ll join a team that values your skill, flexibility, and dedication. The assignment offers extension opportunities and a patient-centered culture that supports your growth while you broaden your experience across diverse hospital settings. Lodi, California, provides a welcoming home base where you’ll experience the charm of Northern California while advancing your specialty in Telemetry-driven med-surg care.

Nestled in California’s vibrant Central Valley, Lodi delivers a blend of small-town warmth and convenient access to the state’s iconic beauty. You’ll enjoy long, sunlit days amid rolling vineyards, acres of orchards, and a thriving wine culture that makes weekend excursions a pleasure. The region also offers easy proximity to the Sierra foothills, scenic river trails, and the varied landscapes that draw outdoor enthusiasts. Beyond the local charm, this role opens doors to opportunities at partner facilities across the United States, allowing you to explore different campuses, patient populations, and care models. Whether you stay close to home or briefly hop between locations, you’ll benefit from systems that emphasize professional development, diverse clinical exposure, and experiences unique to each site. California’s natural beauty and urban access create a balanced backdrop for the demanding but rewarding work you’ll perform, with time to savor local cuisine, farmer’s markets, and cultural events in between shifts.

In this Med Surg Tele RN role, you’ll work on a unit where telemetry monitoring, post-acute care, and complex medical-surgical cases intersect. Key responsibilities include accurate patient assessment, timely administration of medications, tubings and lines management, IV therapies, and responsible use of telemetry to guide clinical decisions. You’ll coordinate with physicians, nursing fellows, case management, and support services to develop and execute individualized care plans, with an emphasis on safe transitions of care and patient education. Documentation will be precise and compliant, ensuring continuity across shifts and units. You’ll mentor junior staff and students where applicable, model evidence-based practice, and participate in unit huddles and quality improvement initiatives. With the flexibility of travel assignments, there is ample opportunity to expand your telemetry knowledge, learn new care pathways, and take on escalating responsibilities as you demonstrate clinical excellence. Our travel program includes a comprehensive onboarding, access to continuing education resources, and structured pathways for career advancement within the organization. You’ll also benefit from practical, competitive incentives, including a sign-on bonus, housing assistance, and clear extension opportunities as you demonstrate strong performance and fit with the team. A dedicated travel support team is available 24/7, ensuring you have timely assistance for any housing, credentialing, or logistical needs while you’re on assignment.

Our company values empower you to thrive. You’ll find a culture that prioritizes your professional growth, promotes a collaborative and inclusive environment, and recognizes contributions at every level. The organization supports you with mentorship, leadership development opportunities, and a feedback-driven framework that emphasizes safety, quality, and patient-centered care. You’ll be part of a community that believes in work-life balance, transparent communication, and investing in your long-term nursing career—whether that means staying within Med Surg Tele or expanding into related specialties over time. The focus is on enabling you to advance your career while maintaining the human-centered care that defines excellent nursing practice.

If you’re ready to apply, seize this exciting chance to join a company that values your clinical expertise, dedication, and professional development. Take the next step toward a fulfilling travel nursing experience that blends California’s scenic backdrop with professional growth, flexible opportunities, and robust support.
