Travel Registered Nurse ER Job
Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER) in Lodi, California. This travel assignment starts on 04/27/2026 for 13 weeks in a Short Term Acute Care setting. Earn between $1,647 and $1,757 per week, with shift coverage on a 3x12-night schedule. Eligible candidate will hold an active RN license in California, work the night shift, and support a fast-paced ER environment during a 13-week contract.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to ER patients, including rapid assessment, triage, monitoring, and treatment planning.
- Administer medications and related therapies per physician orders; manage IVs, labs, and imaging as ordered.
- Recognize acute changes in patient condition, initiate life-saving interventions, and escalate to the medical team as needed.
- Document all patient care activities accurately in the Cerner EMR; ensure timely chart updates and communication with the care team.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to coordinate efficient and safe patient management.
- Uphold patient safety standards, infection control practices, and regulatory compliance during all shifts.
Requirements
- Active RN license in California
- BLS certification required
- ER nursing experience: minimum 3 years
- Cerner EMR experience required; Epic experience acceptable
- ER specialty experience within the last 3–6 months
- Ability to work a night-shift schedule in a fast-paced ED environment
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment
