Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to diverse outpatient populations under supervision of a licensed provider.
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient status, and document changes in the medical record with accuracy and timeliness.

- Assist clinicians during procedures, support wound care, and help with minor nursing tasks in a fast-paced clinic.
- Provide patient and family education, reinforce discharge instructions, and coordinate follow-up care as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized clinical area, adhere to infection control practices, and ensure patient safety at all times.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing in South Dakota or eligibility for licensure transfer/reciprocity
- Ability to work PRN shifts (days, evenings, or nights) as the facility needs arise
- Comfortable performing standard clinic-based nursing duties and documenting care in the patient record
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to follow clinician orders precisely
