Responsibilities
- Manage the call-back queue for lab results, providing timely clarifications and relaying messages from providers to patients.
- Act as a patient-to-provider communications conduit, gathering questions and forwarding them to the appropriate care team.
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to address backlogs, answer patient questions, and document interactions accurately.
- Maintain organized call logs, track progress, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely follow-up.
- Uphold patient privacy and HIPAA compliance in all communications.
- This role does not involve direct bedside nursing or forward-facing bedside care.

Requirements
- Active Georgia RN license in good standing
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- Ability to perform non-bedside nursing duties in a telephonic/patient communications setting
- Availability to work on-site in the Atlanta area, Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with good documentation discipline
