Administer medications and IV therapies with precision, manage lines and devices, monitor telemetry where applicable, and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges. Partner with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, therapists, and social workers, and engage patients and families through clear education and support. Document thoroughly in electronic health records, uphold safety, infection control, and quality standards, and participate in rounds, discharge planning, and care transitions to optimize patient experience.
