Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date May 11, 2026 for 12 weeks. Weekly pay range: $746-$814. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Local-only assignment in a LTC - Nursing Home setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under supervision, including monitoring status and administering prescribed interventions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; document and communicate changes to the supervising RN
- Monitor vital signs, assess resident needs, and respond to changes in condition promptly
- Assist with activities of daily living and support mobility, personal care, and comfort
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and standard procedures as directed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, communicate updates, and ensure resident safety and quality of life
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico (or eligibility)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to perform duties in a long-term care setting and work 12–12.5 hour shifts
- Availability for a 12-week travel assignment; local candidate only (Albuquerque area)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to resident-centered care
