Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care for critically ill adult patients in the ICU/CCU, including monitoring hemodynamics and delivering complex therapies
- Manage ventilator support, vasoactive medications, and other life-sustaining interventions per physician orders
- Perform accurate assessment, documentation in EPIC, and timely communication with the multidisciplinary team
- Administer medications and procedures, monitor for adverse events, respond to emergencies, and participate in rapid response calls as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other specialists; contribute to rounds and discharge planning; provide family education as appropriate
- Maintain safety and infection control standards; manage lines, tubes, and equipment; assist with patient transfers and bed-side procedures

Requirements
- License/Certification: New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate (must be uploaded upfront)
- Experience: 3 years ICU/CCU experience; minimum 5 years RN experience
- Certifications: EPIC experience required; BLS (AHA) and ACLS current; Nursys license
- Travel readiness: Travel experience required; own vehicle required
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Screening: 14-panel drug screen required and must be completed within 24 hours of offer acceptance
- Profile requirements: Resume with pertinent skills; 1–2 supervisory references from within the past two years; permanent address included and matched to Driver License/State ID; address validated during compliance
- Additional notes: Must be willing to float to Med/Surg/Tele units when needed; EPIC proficiency to be listed on profile
