Licensed Practical Nurse (Long Term Care) needed for a travel assignment in Keene, New Hampshire. Start date 08/03/2026 for 4 weeks. Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, following physician notes and facility policies
- Monitor residents, perform routine assessments, and report changes to the charge nurse promptly
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide compassionate, person-centered care
- Document care activities accurately; update care plans as needed and ensure proper handoffs
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet care goals and ensure safety compliance
- Uphold infection control practices, safety protocols, and respectful handling of residents
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse license (or eligible for licensure) to practice in the United States
- Availability for night shifts (23:00–07:30)
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to resident safety and infection control standards
