Responsibilities
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to students across multiple school sites, focusing on communication, language, articulation, fluency, and voice goals
- Conduct screenings, comprehensive evaluations, and eligibility determinations; develop, implement, and monitor IEP-based goals and evidence-based therapy plans
- Deliver individual and small-group therapy; adapt materials to diverse student needs; document progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, school psychologists, families, and district teams; attend IEP meetings and participate in multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation in the required student information system; track service delivery, progress, and discharge planning; ensure confidentiality and compliance with district policies
- Manage a three-site caseload, coordinate referrals and evaluations, and communicate scheduling and transportation needs as appropriate

Requirements
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Florida or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility preferred
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings considered a plus
- Ability to work in a school setting and travel between multiple sites; valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong collaboration, data-collection, and documentation skills; comfortable with IEP processes and school policies
