Occupational Therapist — travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility setting located in Laconia, New Hampshire. Start date 06/08/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range is $1,913–$2,082 per week. Guaranteed hours: 35 per week. Shift: days, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for residents and establish individualized care plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, and upper-extremity function
- Monitor progress, adjust goals, and document findings in the resident’s chart according to policy
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize discharge planning and transitions of care
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on home programs, safety, and functional strategies
Requirements
- Active occupational therapy license in New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Degree from an ACOTE-accredited program (Bachelor’s or Master’s/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy)
- Relevant experience in geriatric rehabilitation or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing facility environment as a travel clinician
- Strong documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
