Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures using gamma cameras in accordance with established protocols.
- Prepare radiopharmaceuticals, administer injections, and monitor patients during and after procedures.
- Operate imaging equipment, acquire images, and ensure high-quality images with proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort, providing clear pre- and post-procedure instructions.
- Document procedures and results accurately in patient records; participate in routine quality control and equipment checks.
Requirements
- WA Radiologic Technologist license (WA Rad Tech License)
- ARRT Nuc Med or NMTCB certification
- American Heart Association BLS Card
- WA Food Handlers Card
- Ability to float between work sites as needed and to function effectively in a hospital travel setting
