Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders

- Document care activities accurately and maintain up-to-date charts
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plans and transitions
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing (New Mexico) or equivalent compact license accepted
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and handle 12.5-hour shifts
