Responsibilities
- Independently perform radiation therapy treatments, simulations, and treatment planning per physician prescriptions; fabricate specialized treatment aides as required.
- Operate a Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator and use ARIA EMR to deliver treatments; utilize 3D, IMRT, SBRT, and electron modalities.
- Perform treatment setups across all sites as part of comprehensive cancer care; ensure accurate simulation and delivery aligned with plan.
- Monitor patient status, respond to clinical changes, and document in the EMR; collaborate with the oncology team to coordinate care.
- Apply knowledge of growth and development across the life span to assess patient needs and tailor care accordingly.
- Maintain safety, QA, and quality standards for treatment delivery; communicate any concerns to the supervising physician.

Requirements
- Hawaii State Radiologic Technologist license as Radiation Therapist (active); Hawaii license must be obtained by start of assignment.
- ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (T) (active).
- BLS certification.
- At least 2 years of progressively responsible imaging technologist/specialist experience with imaging procedures/techniques.
- Proficiency with Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator and ARIA EMR; experience with Epic EMR (required by November 1, 2025).
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Arrive the Thursday before the start date to complete required pre-employment health appointment.
