Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR) travel assignment in Lawton, Oklahoma. Start date May 7, 2026. 13-week duration with 40 guaranteed hours per week. Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Monitor vital signs and anesthesia support; maintain patient safety throughout the operative phase
- Prepare the OR, equipment, and supplies; assist with patient positioning and turnover between cases
- Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control protocols; document care in the medical record
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and support staff; communicate with patients and families about procedures and outcomes
- Recognize and respond to intraoperative emergencies; administer medications as directed by protocol
Requirements
- Active RN license in Oklahoma
- Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience; CVOR experience preferred
