Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care per individualized care plans under supervision of RNs and LPN leadership
- Administer medications and document accurately in the medical record
- Monitor vital signs, assess for changes, and promptly report to the supervising nurse
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility support
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant care environment, including basic wound care and routine treatments as delegated
Requirements
- Local candidate available for assignment in Santa Fe, NM
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts (6:00 AM–18:30)
- Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
- Ability to commit to a 14-week contract and meet guaranteed hours
