Travel Registered Nurse Clinic Job
Registered Nurse – Clinic in a fast-paced, high-traffic clinic setting within a short-term care environment in State College, Pennsylvania. This is a travel - temporary assignment beginning 07/27/2026 for 13 weeks, with a weekly pay range of $1,986 to $2,087. Guaranteed 40 hours per week, with daytime shifts. The role supports patient care delivery in a clinic-facing environment while collaborating with providers and the broader care team.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients following established standards, practices, and healthcare techniques.
- Demonstrate clinical judgment in assessing patients, planning care, and evaluating outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor effects, and document responses accurately.
- Assist providers in patient care and patient education, including discharge instructions when applicable.
- Coordinate patient care as part of the healthcare team, engaging patients, families, and caregivers in the care plan.
- Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations and maintain patient safety and infection control practices.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Licensure: Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association or equivalent
- Experience: One year of nursing experience preferred
- Knowledge and skills: Basic knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding guidelines; ability to read, interpret, and follow physician instructions; strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Physical/working ability: Ability to perform required procedures and lift up to 50 pounds; capable of standing and walking for extended periods; ability to react calmly in emergencies
