Travel Registered Nurse Endoscopy Job
Registered Nurse – Endoscopy, Travel assignment in Glenwood Springs, CO. Start date 09/29/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,534-$2,746 per week with guaranteed 40 hours. Shift: 4x10-hour days with rotating evening, night, and weekend call. Setting: medical facility.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver safe nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures, including pre-procedure assessment, intra-procedure support as a scrub/tech, and post-procedure recovery.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications as ordered, manage IVs and patient comfort, and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Maintain sterile technique and assist with procedure setup, equipment readiness, and room turnover; ensure all supplies are prepared for endoscopy cases.
- Collaborate with the endoscopy team (surgeons, physicians, and ancillary staff) to develop and execute patient care plans; document care and communicate findings clearly.
- Adhere to infection control practices, safety protocols, and privacy regulations; participate in quality improvement activities as assigned.
- Document nursing interventions and patient responses in the electronic health record; ensure accurate and timely charting.
Requirements
- Licensure: Current Colorado RN license or ability to obtain
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association)
- Vaccination: Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years RN experience in Endoscopy; experience with pre/post care and scrubbing/tech support for endoscopy procedures
- Education: RN degree; appropriate licensure and credentials to practice in a hospital-type endoscopy setting
- Travel readiness: Must meet travel eligibility requirements per assignment guidelines (e.g., radius rule requiring a permanent address at least 75 miles away from the assignment site)
- Documentation: Resume, RN license, BLS, ACLS, Skills Sheet, and Flu vaccine proof required at submission
