Responsibilities
- Conduct nursing assessments, implement treatments, administer medications, and document patient status; notify MD/NP of pertinent information
- Facilitate admissions and discharges; provide ADL assistance and support activities of daily living
- Provide gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, and nebulized therapy as assigned
- Manage wound VAC care and CPAP care; perform other duties as required based on census and facility needs
Requirements
- Current Hawaii Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- LTC experience required
- Proof of flu vaccination or facility-approved medical/religious exemption required prior to contract start
- Must arrive the Thursday prior to start for employee health clearance
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting
