Responsibilities

- Perform regular assessments and contribute to care planning, rounds, and care conferences
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and comfort measures
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (in good standing)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and manage a mixed shift schedule
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to pass required health and background checks
- Comfortable working in a team-based, geriatric care environment
