Speech Language Pathologist – Pediatric Outpatient travel assignment in Everett, WA, starting 07/20/2026 for several weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,988 to $2,178 per week, with no guaranteed hours. Shifts are 5 days per week, 8-hour days. The assignment is in a hospital-based setting offering outpatient pediatric evaluation and therapy services, with a Level II NICU on site.

Responsibilities
- Conduct pediatric SLP assessments and provide outpatient therapy for neonates, infants, children, and adolescents
- Address oral-motor skills, language development, articulation/phonology, fluency, and voice concerns; support AAC and augmentative communication
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans; document progress and clinical need for ongoing therapy
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; provide family and caregiver education on goals, strategies, and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EPIC charting system; utilize appropriate assessment instruments (e.g., PLS-4, CELF) as part of evaluations
- Ensure one-on-one patient contact as clinically indicated and adhere to unit policies and patient safety guidelines
Requirements
- Active state license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Washington
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric outpatient SLP experience
- Travel experience required; first-time travelers and locals are not accepted
- Ability to work in an outpatient pediatric setting; EPIC charting experience preferred
- Familiarity with AAC, autism and developmental delays, and related pediatric communication disorders
