Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg Job
Registered Nurse – Med Surg in Aberdeen, WA, starts 04/20/2026 for 13 weeks, with a weekly pay range of $1,978–$2,107. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for Med Surg patients, including assessment, planning, and evaluation of care plans
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor responses, manage IVs, and respond to clinical changes
- Monitor vital signs, interpret trends, and escalate concerns to the team as needed
- Document care and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record; participate in handoffs and shift report
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for smooth care transitions and discharge planning
- Maintain patient safety, adhere to infection control practices, and support unit operations; may float to other departments in rotation
Requirements
- Active RN license in Washington State or multi-state license with WA verification
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Verified 6-hour suicide training approval
- Demographics verification from Nursys
- Knowledge of Meditech is helpful but not required; ability to float to other departments as needed
