Responsibilities
- Deliver inpatient dialysis nursing care, including hemodialysis, SLEDD (ICU), and peritoneal dialysis as applicable
- Cannulate AV fistula and AV graft; monitor dialysis access and troubleshoot related issues
- Monitor patient status during and after dialysis sessions; respond to hypotension and other emergent events
- Collaborate with IV team, PT, RT, Radiology, Pharmacy, Social Services, and Rapid Response for integrated care
- Provide bedside dialysis across units as needed; document care in the charting system (Epic preferred)
- Support adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations; participate in unit routines and patient safety initiatives

Requirements
- Active RN license or eligibility to practice in Idaho; ability to obtain licensure as required
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; prior dialysis experience preferred (hemodialysis and/or peritoneal dialysis)
- Ability to cannulate fistula/graft and perform basic dialysis troubleshooting
- Experience with inpatient dialysis units and bedside dialysis across units preferred
- Epic charting experience preferred
- Must meet the 100-mile radius rule (must reside at least 100 miles from the facility)
