Electrophysiology Technologist – EP specialty in Cumming, Georgia, United States, starting 06/15/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,448-$2,629 with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the electrophysiology lab for EP studies and catheter-based procedures, ensuring sterile technique and proper equipment setup.
- Assist physicians during EP procedures, including mapping, catheter manipulation, and device testing support as applicable.
- Monitor patient status during procedures, assist with sedation as appropriate, and respond to intra-procedural changes or complications.
- Operate and troubleshoot EP lab equipment (e.g., electroanatomic mapping systems, fluoroscopy, monitoring devices) and document procedural data.
- Ensure accurate documentation of procedures, patient data, and device information; support post-procedure patient care and hand-off.
- Maintain adherence to safety and regulatory standards, including AHA BLS and ACLS requirements; uphold device and data integrity.
Requirements
- RCIS certification required
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a cardiac cath/EP lab specialty
- Ability to work in a travel assignment and thrive in a fast-paced EP lab environment
- Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to participate in on-call requirements
