Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Administer medications and treatments per orders; monitor responses and document findings.
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and contribute to care planning and updates.
- Monitor for changes in resident condition; respond promptly to adverse events and escalations.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; communicate with patients’ families per policy.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the charting system and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Active RN license (or eligibility to practice) suitable for a practice setting in the United States.
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts.
- Willingness to participate in a travel temporary assignment and complete onboarding processes.
- Ability to pass standard onboarding, background check, health screening, and credentialing requirements.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; comfortable working in a long-term care environment.
