Physical Therapist — travel assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, Butte, MT. Start date: 04/20/2026. This 13-week contract offers guaranteed 36 hours per week on a dayshift schedule. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for residents
- Implement therapeutic interventions focused on mobility, strength, balance, gait training, and functional activities
- Reassess patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes in the chart
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize rehabilitation goals and discharge planning
- Ensure patient safety, proper use of equipment, and adherence to infection control and privacy standards
- Educate residents and families on exercises, home programs, and strategies to maintain progress
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license (state-specific or eligible for Montana licensure); must practice in good standing
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility environment
- Strong communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Travel-ready and able to commit to a 13-week temporary assignment
- Prior SNF or rehabilitation experience is preferred
