LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) – Gallup, New Mexico. Travel - temporary assignment starting 04/01/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $939–$997 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Night shifts, 3x12 hours (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). Setting: Skilled nursing facility. Local only assignment with an open schedule.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and provide routine nursing care within scope, under supervision of a registered nurse.
- Monitor patient conditions, perform vital signs, and document changes accurately in the charting system.
- Assist with activities of daily living and basic comfort measures; support rehabilitation and mobility as directed.
- Prepare and manage treatments, wound care, dressing changes, and other routine care per care plans and facility policy.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team; escalate concerns promptly to the supervising RN.
- Maintain infection control standards, patient safety, and privacy in all interactions and procedures.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico
- Local candidate only (Gallup area)
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM)
- Completion of an accredited LPN program
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Successful credentialing and eligibility for travel assignments
