Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week travel assignment in a long-term care setting located in Gallup, New Mexico. Start date 04/01/2026 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician, and document accurately
- Monitor resident status, vital signs, and changes; report findings to the care team promptly
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and rehabilitation tasks as directed
- Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and ancillary teams to implement care plans
- Maintain safe, clean, and respectful resident environments; adhere to infection control practices
- Complete timely and precise charting, care plan updates, and shift handoffs
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Ability to work the listed night schedule (3x12) and support a local assignment
- Comfortable providing care in a long-term care setting
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Previous LTC or geriatric care experience is preferred
