Responsibilities
- Conduct PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across Outpatient, Acute Care, and SNF settings
- Deliver evidence-based therapy, including wound care, lymphedema, pelvic floor, and pediatric services as per unit needs
- Perform daily therapy with a census typically 6–8 patients; document progress in Epic and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate on discharge planning and patient/family education; participate in care planning across services
- Float across Outpatient, Acute Care, and SNF within scope to cover schedules; no on-call and no weekend requirement
- Adhere to facility policies, including holiday coverage (3 of 5 listed holidays)

Requirements
- Alaska PT license; compact license must be in hand at submission; active license required
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience; first-time travelers accepted
- Epic charting experience
- Ability to work across Outpatient, Acute Care, and SNF; all ages (primarily adults/geriatrics); strong collaboration and communication
- References: 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- RTO/scheduling requests must be made up-front; local address restrictions apply (permanent address at least 50 miles from facility)
