What You’ll Do:
Provide top-tier, compassionate clinical care to diverse patient populations.
Adapt quickly to new facility protocols, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and unit dynamics.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of patient status and care plans.
Utilize your seasoned critical thinking skills to manage changing patient acuities calmly and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience in your specialty, with at least 1 completed travel contract.
License/Certifications: Active, unencumbered RN License (Compact/Multi-State preferred) and active BLS/ACLS.
Flexibility: A positive, adaptable attitude with a readiness to hit the ground running on day one.
Skills: Strong proficiency with major EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and excellent communication skills.
