Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures per physician orders, ensuring accurate patient positioning and safety.
- Operate Siemens CT scanners; select protocols, adjust exposure parameters, and perform image reconstructions.
- Administer contrast media per protocol; monitor patients for adverse reactions and document findings.
- Utilize EPIC for orders and Merge PACS for image storage, labeling, and post-processing of CT studies.
- Maintain radiation safety standards, verify patient identity, confirm prior imaging when applicable, and document procedures per department guidelines.
- Communicate with radiologists and the broader care team; participate in shift handoffs and on-call coverage as assigned.

Requirements
- Active radiologic technology license (state-specific; Illinois preferred or eligible) and ARRT CT certification.
- Typically 1+ year CT experience is preferred; entry candidates with strong clinical exposure may be considered.
- Education: Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or higher.
- Proficiency with CT imaging workflows and ability to operate in a hospital CT department environment.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule and participate in on-call rotations (approximately 1 week every 4 weeks).
- Familiarity with EPIC and Merge PACS is preferred.
