Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care, Hallock, Minnesota, United States. Travel assignment (Temporary) starting 04/20/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $1,483-$1,517 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: Evening/Night (eve/night), rotating. Setting: LTC - Assisted Living Facility. This position requires the Minnesota license in hand and will involve a clinical interview as part of the process.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document accurately in the MAR per policy and state regulations
- Monitor residents’ health status, including vital signs, and report changes to the supervising RN
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility) to support independence and safety
- Perform basic wound care and other treatments as ordered by the provider and within scope of practice
- Collaborate with the care team to update and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate charting and ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Requirements
- Active Minnesota LPN license in hand
- Availability to work evening/night (eve/night) shifts
- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care/assisted living setting
- Eligible to work in the United States and able to meet credentialing requirements
