CT Technologist (CT Tech) – Radiology in Morrisville, VT. Start date 05/04/2026 for 13 weeks. Travel assignment with guaranteed 36 hours per week on a day shift schedule. Set shift pattern: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday days. Weekly pay range of $2,937 to $2,957. Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with pediatric and adult protocols, ensuring accurate patient positioning and protocol selection for diagnostic quality.
- Safely administer and monitor contrast media as required, and address any adverse reactions per facility and safety guidelines.
- Operate CT equipment, adjust technical factors, optimize image quality, and perform necessary post-processing or reconstructions.
- Verify patient identity, review orders, explain procedures, and monitor patient comfort and safety throughout the exam.
- Collaborate with radiologists and technologists to ensure timely communication, accurate documentation, and adherence to radiation safety and infection control standards.
- Maintain equipment readiness, participate in quality assurance activities, and document procedures and findings in patient records.
Requirements
- Active radiologic technologist licensure/certification as required by the state of Vermont (or eligible/credentialed equivalent) and ARRT certification preferred.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
- Education: Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent; completion of an accredited program.
- CT imaging experience preferred; training provided for travel assignments as needed.
- Ability to work a set dayshift schedule in a fast-paced imaging environment and comply with safety, privacy, and documentation requirements.
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and maintain professional conduct in a remote work-like travel setting.
