Overview
Registered Nurse - ICU travel assignment in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Begin on 10/12/2026 for a 13-week contract. Weekly pay ranges from $2,216 to $2,414 per week, with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift is 3x12-hour days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM). You’ll work in a hospital setting on a multi-acuity unit; CVICU experience is highly preferred, with consideration given to Cardiac PCU or MICU backgrounds. Expect unit-wide float as needed and must have all background clearances and ACLS, with BSN required. This is a Local Contract (Nursing) program through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to adults in a multi-acuity unit with CVICU, cardiac, and ICU–level needs
- Monitor hemodynamics, ventilator support, medications, drips, lines, and devices; respond to changes in patient status
- Perform ongoing assessments, document findings, develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Administer treatments and therapies per protocol; participate in rounds and contribute to goal-directed patient care
- Provide safe patient handling, infection control, and procedural asepsis; ensure accurate charting and shift handoffs
- Float within the unit as needed to support staffing coverage and patient needs
- Ensure patient and family education, discharge planning, and coordination with ancillary services

Requirements
- BSN required
- ACLS certification required
- Background clearances must be current and complete
- Experience in a high-acuity environment preferred; CVICU highly preferred; Cardiac PCU or MICU experience acceptable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-acuity unit and be floated as needed
- EOW (every other week) and one holiday coverage requirement
