Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg Job
Registered Nurse – Med Surg in Concord, NH. Start date 07/06/2026 for an 8-week travel assignment. Weekly pay range: $2,091–$2,213. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 pm–7:00 am), 12x3 schedule in a high-acuity Med Surg/Respiratory Care Unit. This is a hospital-based travel assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC; local candidates within 50 miles are eligible for local rate.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a high-acuity Med Surg/Respiratory Care Unit, including initial assessments, planning, and ongoing evaluation.
- Administer prescribed medications and therapies, manage IV access, wound care, and patient education; monitor for adverse events; document in the EMR.
- Monitor respiratory status and coordinate with the respiratory care team; support oxygen therapy and other respiratory treatments; ensure accurate documentation (Cerner experience preferred).
- Collaborate with physicians, fellow RNs, case managers, and other team members to coordinate care and discharge planning; uphold patient safety and quality standards.
- May float to other networked NH facilities as needed; maintain appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios (1:5–1:6).
Requirements
- Active NH or Compact RN license required at submission
- NHISS required prior to start; NURSYS verification for all active RN licenses
- BLS and ACLS required; onboarding includes a dysrhythmia exam with a preferred score of 80%
- 2+ years Med Surg/Tele experience
- Driver's license with address matching demographics
- RTO information must be included at submission
