Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) travel assignment in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. Location: High Point, North Carolina, United States. Start date: 03/23/2026. Duration: 11 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,115 - $1,150 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM. Schedule includes every other weekend. This travel temporary assignment is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC in a nursing home environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents according to the plan of care and licensed practice standards
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately; monitor for adverse effects
- Monitor resident status, perform ongoing assessments, and report changes promptly to the supervising clinician
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans and ensure continuity of care
- Document in the electronic health record, complete shift handoffs, and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed, promoting safety, comfort, and dignity
Requirements
- Active North Carolina LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work the listed evenings shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) and every-other-weekend schedule
- Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Completion of an approved LPN program
