Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
LPN | LPN, Gallup, New Mexico. This travel temporary assignment begins 03/02/2026 and runs for 9 weeks. The weekly pay range is $968 to $1,031, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shifts are 12-hour day shifts (07:00–19:30) scheduled Fri–Sun in a skilled nursing facility setting. Local candidates only. Employment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents under supervision of the RN or Charge Nurse
- Monitor vital signs, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and document findings
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, promoting resident comfort and safety
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure charting reflects current care plans
- Adhere to care plans, safety, infection control, and medication administration protocols
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, communicate changes promptly, and support care coordination
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico in good standing
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work Fri–Sun, with 12-hour shifts (07:00–19:30)
- Ability to pass standard onboarding checks (background check and drug screen)
