Travel - Temporary Assignment starting 06/08/2026 for Weeks in an outpatient setting at a community hospital with a critical access designation. Shift is 4x10 Days. Weekly pay ranges from $2,287 to $2,415. No guaranteed hours. This assignment requires work in an outpatient setting with pediatric through geriatric patient populations and floating as needed.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations across OB, abdomen, vascular, and breast as part of routine outpatient imaging
- Document findings and measurements in the electronic medical record (EPIC experience required)
- Prepare patients, acquire, analyze, and optimize ultrasound images; ensure quality and patient safety
- Assist with ultrasound-guided procedures and aspirations/biopsies as appropriate
- Maintain ultrasound equipment and adhere to infection control and safety standards
- Communicate results with radiology team and coordinate patient scheduling; participate in after-hours call per policy
- Floats to other department areas as needed and supports cross-functional imaging services
Requirements
- NY state license in hand to submit
- ARDMS certification required; BLS also required
- Minimum 1 year ultrasound experience
- Community hospital experience required; outpatient imaging experience required
- EPIC charting experience is a hard requirement
- Required: basic diagnostic ultrasound across OB, abdomen, vascular and breast; ultrasound-guided procedures and aspiration/biopsy experience preferred
- Ability to work in an outpatient setting and to float as needed
- Call responsibilities: every 3rd day after 6:00 PM; every 3rd weekend
