Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe patient handling
- Monitor vital signs, intake and output, and report changes to supervising staff
- Support nourishment and hydration needs; observe feeding cues and document intake
- Maintain clean, comfortable, and safe environments; practice standard precautions and hand hygiene
- Document care provided and communicate patient concerns promptly to the team
Requirements
- Active CNA certification (state-appropriate) and ability to practice in Pennsylvania
- Willingness to work day or evening shifts and to fulfill a 40-hour work week
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to participate in a travel assignment and adapt to multiple care settings
- Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
