Responsibilities
- Assess residents to determine OT needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions that enhance independence in activities of daily living, mobility, and safety

- Educate patients, families, and facility staff on adaptive equipment, activity modification, and safe transfer techniques
- Coordinate discharge planning and appropriate referrals; support continuity of care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation standards; maintain quality records
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Montana (or eligibility per MT requirements)
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program; NBCOT certification preferred or as required by setting
- Experience in acute care or skilled nursing settings is advantageous
- Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Strong documentation, communication, and patient-centered care skills
