Overview
Registered Nurse, ER (travel) in a home health care setting located in Moses Lake, WA. This temporary travel assignment starts 08/31/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments and data collection focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, and cognitive status.
- Deliver care using the Nursing Process, adhering to established procedures, policies, and care plans.
- Identify learning needs of patients/significant others and provide appropriate education per policy.
- Document care in the patient chart via electronic medical records or paper processes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and delegate appropriate patient care activities to team members; may function as Charge Nurse as needed, coordinating admits, discharges, transfers, and unit coverage.
- Maintain safety, infection control, and adherence to organization policies; collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements
- Active Washington State Registered Nursing license
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- BLS for Healthcare Providers within 30 days of hire
- Experience: acute care RN preferred; minimum one year RN experience preferred for specialty departments
- Certifications (within stated timeframes): ACLS within 6 months; PALS within 12 months; TNCC within 12 months; PEARS within 12 months; Moderate Sedation training within 12 months; RN-C preferred
- Ability to work in a home health care setting and participate in travel assignments; strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
